Personal Care/Assisted Living offers direction and assistance with activities of daily living while promoting maximum independence. Staff assists with personal grooming, bathing, medication administration, housekeeping and laundry services.  A Memory Support Unit (Zurn Pavilion) is available for residents with dementia and memory impairments who require a secured area and increased supervision.

The Center offers one-room and two-room apartments within the Personal Care/Assisted Living area.
