Licensed Nurse

    RN/ LPN -     1 FT - 3rd Shift

            LPN -     1 PT2 - 2nd Shift - Personal Care

 Nurse Assistants    

          1st Shift - 2 RFT - Certified

                          1 Baylor –  6:00am to 6:30pm – Fri, Sat, & Sun

                          1 PT-2 - 6am to 10am - Personal Care Assistant

          2nd Shift - 3 RFT - Certified

                           1 RFT - Personal Care Assistant

                           2 PT-2 – 6pm to 10pm – Personal Care Assistant

           3rd Shift - 1 - RFT, Certified

 

Temporary Activity Aide w/Potential To Become Nurse Assistant: This is a 6-8 week position for applicants who think they may be interested in becoming a Nurse Assistant but who have no personal care experience.  We hope this will be a position that will be rotated with a new candidate every 6-8 weeks, depending on the success.  Only candidates who have proven (by references) excellent work ethics and stability will be considered. 

Housekeeping

               1 - PT1 Temporary Housekeeper 8am to 2:30pm with alternating Saturdays & Sundays

 

Activity Dept

              1 - PT1 - Activity Assistant, 30hrs/wk M-F, flexible hrs, 10am to 4pm                                or 1:30pm to 7:30 pm

              1 - PT2 - Activity Assistant, 18hrs/wk - Every Tues and Thurs,                                9:30am to 11:30am and Sat & Sun 10am to 4pm

Dietary

    3 - PT2  - Dietary Aide
