Per DOH and County guidelines, visiting at Sarah Reed is still suspended as indicated below.
Effective March 31, 2021: Visits to both the nursing home and personal care home may now be scheduled seven days a week from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. We request that visits not be scheduled during mealtimes as all visits will take place in resident rooms. Visits remain limited to two visitors per resident for a limit of 30 minutes. Visits must be scheduled by calling the Main Office at 814-878-2600 so that Sarah Reed can manage visitor occupancy. Regretfully, visitors who show up without an appointment will be turned away. Thank you for your cooperation!
