Amber Morian-Gowetski
Chief Executive Officer
Amber Morian-Gowetski, NHA, BA, has more than twenty-five (25) years of experience in senior living, dedicating her career to improving residents’ lives and fostering supportive and compassionate care in a Continuing Care Retirement Community. While attending Allegheny College, Amber began volunteering in the Activities Department at a local non-profit senior living community. She fell in love with the atmosphere, the sense of community, and the knowledge she was able to gain by interacting with the residents, family members, and staff. It was then that Amber realized that she wanted her career to be in the long-term care industry.
After receiving her BA from Allegheny College, Amber completed the Nursing Home Administration Core of Knowledge Program at La Roche College. In 2001, Amber began employment with a not-for-profit, stand alone, nursing home as the Human Resource Manager and was promoted to the Assistant Administrator position. In 2003, Amber obtained her Personal Care Home Administrator’s certificate and became the Personal Care Administrator while continuing to be the Assistant Administrator of the Nursing Home. In 2020, Amber stepped into the Nursing Home Administrator Position upon her predecessor’s retirement. Amber is currently the President of the Meadville High School Swim Team Booster Committee and serves on the Health Ventures Alliance Board of Directors.
Kyle Johnson
Chief Operating Officer
Nursing Home Administrator
Kyle Johnson, MHSA, NHA, joined our team in November of 2021. Kyle obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from Kent State University and went on to get his Master’s in Health Services Administration. Kyle is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and worked locally at another Senior Living Facility prior to coming to Sarah Reed. Kyle also has experience as a Director of Quality, Safety, and Corporate Compliance, a Community Director of an Independent Living facility, and a Home Health Coordinator. At the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, Kyle played an active role as a lead for the Regional Response Health Collaborative Program (RRHCP) to help battle COVID-19 in 84 long-term care facilities located in Northwestern Pennsylvania. Kyle serves on various Boards throughout the community, including HVA Senior Alliance.
Carey Mastrian, BA
Personal Care Home Administrator
Carey Mastrian serves as our Personal Care Home Administrator. She received her BA from John Carroll University and her Personal Care Home Administrator’s license. She oversees admissions and nursing services and all other matters relating to the Residential and Personal Care Facilities. She oversees the Resident Services Department, Nursing Department, Maintenance, Housekeeping and Laundry Departments for day-to-day operations. Carey has over 25 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, and Human Resources. In 2006, she shifted her career focus to the senior healthcare field. She has been at Sarah Reed since 2013.
David Gerber
Chief Financial Officer
David Gerber, BS, joined the Sarah Reed team in 2019 as the Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Sarah Reed, he previously served as the Vice President/Finance for a local social service agency and has over 24 years of non-profit accounting experience. David was born and raised in St. Marys, PA but stayed in Erie area upon his graduation from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College where he earned a B.S. in Accounting.
Lori Radziszewski
Director of Human Resources
Lori Radziszewski, BA, joined the Sarah Reed Senior Living team in 2018 as the Director of Human Resources. Born and raised in Southern California, Lori relocated to Pennsylvania in 2001 to attend Allegheny College. After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Art & Technology, Lori began her career in Human Resources. Having worked primarily in manufacturing facilities, Lori is excited to be part of an environment that focuses on helping people instead of making things.
Ericka Gardner, MSN RN
Director of Nursing
Ericka Gardner MSN, RN joined the team in November 2023. Ericka earned her RN in 1999 at Saint Vincent School of Nursing. She has a primary nursing background in long-term care, quality improvement, and leadership. Ericka obtained her Bachelor of Nursing in 2015. Then she earned her master’s degree in nursing leadership and administration in 2018 from California University of Pa. Ericka worked here at Sarah Reed Senior starting in 2013 & left to obtain her Master’s degree in 2016. Ericka has worked in multiple other leadership roles, the most recent as a Unit Director of a trauma step-down at a local facility then transferred to women’s health where she held the position of the Perio-operative services director. Ericka is dedicated to improving the quality of life of our seniors and is a passionate advocate for her nursing staff. Ericka sits on the professional advisory committee for the local Erie High vocational programs focused in healthcare
