Ideal for those who require a secured area and increased supervision, this special care unit offers direct care personnel on site. The staff is routinely trained and updated on dementia care, and is licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Service’s Personal Care home regulations.
Families are encouraged to be involved with their loved one in this warm and welcoming area. Residents enjoy their meals, snacks, and activities in the common living area and dining room. A specialized activity program that encourages memory support, physical and mental stimulation is offered.
There are 21 rooms in Zurn Pavilion. Most of the rooms are private, single occupancy, but couples or roommates may be accommodated.
