Personal Care offers direction and assistance with activities of daily living while promoting maximum independence. Staff assists with personal grooming, bathing, medication administration, housekeeping and laundry services. Glucose and blood pressure monitoring, injections, and other nursing services are offered.
Residents may receive Personal Care services in the comfort of their Reed Terrace or Reed Manor apartment as needed. An assessment will be completed to obtain health information from the resident, family members and the primary care physician. Personal Care services may be added or deleted to a resident’s care plan depending their needs. We offer a menu of individual services rather than automatically charging an all inclusive fee for services not needed. This gives residents choice and makes living here affordable. Residents will have the peace of mind knowing Sarah Reed is able to accommodate their changing needs.
A Memory Support Unit (Zurn Pavilion) is available for residents with dementia and memory impairments who require a secured area and increased supervision.
