We pride ourselves on our ability to combine the highest quality of care, with love and compassion. We take pride in the longevity of service and deep commitment of our staff to the well-being of our residents.  Sarah Reed routinely staffs above mandated state regulations. We are committed to continuous quality improvement and regularly monitor our policies and practices and educate our staff.

Reed House is home to our Skilled Nursing Unit. A 40,000 square foot expansion was completed in 2017, adding Private Resident Rooms, an enhanced Rehabilitation Room, Open Concept Living & Dining Rooms, and more! We have the capacity to house 102 residents in private rooms.  2 shared rooms are available for couples, siblings, or friends wishing to room together. There is a dedicated wing for short-term rehabilitation for those residents planning to return to their home when they are able. We also offer a secured unit for residents requiring memory support and related care and activities.

Interdisciplinary Approach

Our team approach brings the physician, therapists, nurses, certified nurse assistants, dieticians, social workers, and therapeutic recreation personnel together to evaluate our residents and create an individual plan of care that incorporates our resident’s goals. With the resident’s permission, family input is welcomed.

Our Short Stay wing is ideal for those who are not quite ready to return home after a hospital stay. Our goal is to get you back home as soon as possible!
