Reed House is home to our Skilled Nursing Unit. A 40,000 square foot expansion was completed in 2017, adding Private Resident Rooms, an enhanced Rehabilitation Room, Open Concept Living & Dining Rooms, and more! We have the capacity to house 102 residents in private rooms. 2 shared rooms are available for couples, siblings, or friends wishing to room together. There is a dedicated wing for short-term rehabilitation for those residents planning to return to their home when they are able. We also offer a secured unit for residents requiring memory support and related care and activities.

We value our residents by offering a flexible lifestyle!
Our team approach brings the physician, therapists, nurses, certified nurse assistants, dieticians, social workers, and therapeutic recreation personnel together to evaluate our residents and create an individual plan of care that incorporates our resident’s goals. With the resident’s permission, family input is welcomed.
Very often, rehabilitation therapies and a little extra care are needed after being in the hospital for an illness or surgery. Our Short Stay wing is ideal for those who are not quite ready to return home after a hospital stay. Our goal is to get you back home as soon as possible! Ask your hospital discharge planner to contact Sarah Reed for your Short-Term stay. Click here to learn more.
Sometimes being in one’s home is no longer an option. Our dedicated and caring staff provides the highest level of care. Residents are periodically evaluated for changes in physical and cognitive functioning. For our terminally ill residents, we offer compassionate end of life care, or we welcome your choice of Hospice provider.
Physical, Occupational, Speech, and Respiratory therapies are available to our long-term care residents when needed and ordered by their physician. Our Restorative Nursing Program delivers a protocol of exercises and routines to maintain the highest level of function.
Through meticulous monitoring and implementation of best practices in wound care, we successfully heal residents with the most complicated of conditions.
